Go to the 500ks website or app and click the "Register" button. Fill in your mobile number, choose a password, and select your currency. You'll receive an OTP — use it to verify your number. That's it, your account is ready. You can then add your name and date of birth in your profile.
What to Do If You Forget Your Password
On the login page, tap the "Forgot Password" button. Enter your registered mobile number and you'll receive an OTP. Use it to set a new password. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.
Why is KYC verification required?
For your first withdrawal, 500ks needs to verify account ownership — this is known as KYC. You'll need to upload a photo of your National ID or passport. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours, and you won't need to go through it again after that.
